Skilled Work Regional Provisional Visa (Subclass 491)
A temporary visa issued for 5 years, with a condition that you live and work for at least 3 years in a designated regional area of the State or Territory that has sponsored you, or a designated regional area of Australia if an eligible relative has sponsored you. You should have a taxable income at or above a specific income threshold for at least three years. After satisfying the above condition you become eligible for a permanent visa.

Permanent Residence Skilled Regional Visa (Subclass 191)
This visa allows people to permanently live and work in Australia, who have held an eligible visa for minimum 3 years and have met all the conditions of that visa. You should have had an income at or above the specified limit for at least 3 years. You do not need a sponsor.
